●檢查鋸片有無(wú)欠損、脫落、異常磨耗以及本體的彎曲、扭曲、破裂等異常現(xiàn)象，以防鋸片破損、飛散造成的傷害。

●確認(rèn)所選鋸片是否適合被切削材料，防止鋸片的異常磨耗、脫落、切割不良、過(guò)熱等異常狀況發(fā)生。如選擇錯(cuò)誤，可能造成鋸片破損、碎片飛散，發(fā)生意外事故。

●安裝/Installation

●保證鋸片回轉(zhuǎn)方向與機(jī)器主軸回轉(zhuǎn)方向一致，如果方向相反，會(huì)造成刀片脫東、碎片飛散，發(fā)生意外事故。

●選擇內(nèi)徑與鋸片內(nèi)徑一致、外徑為鋸片外徑1/3略大(多片鋸宜采用鋸片外徑1/2)的法蘭盤(pán)，確認(rèn)其無(wú)異常磨虛耗、彎曲變形、表面潔凈無(wú)異物附著。

●保證鋸片內(nèi)徑與機(jī)器軸徑之間無(wú)過(guò)大間隙，安裝好法蘭盤(pán)，擰緊螺母。

●作業(yè)前，確認(rèn)鋸片前方無(wú)人。然后空轉(zhuǎn)，檢查機(jī)器有無(wú)振動(dòng)、鋸片有無(wú)橫向及徑向擺動(dòng)等異?，F(xiàn)象。

●鋸片的再加工(內(nèi)經(jīng)修正、定位孔加工等)必須由廠方進(jìn)行。如果加工不良，會(huì)影響產(chǎn)品使用效果，并且可能發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。

●安裝時(shí)，一般鋸片高出板材5- 6鋸齒為宜。

●While installation, the sawblade should be 5-6 teeth higher than the board surface.
